Darren Rovell is reporting that Bob Costas is joining the MLB Network.
This gives the one-month old network a great deal of credibility. Not that the Hazel Mae signing wasn’t huge…
Costas will still be working with NBC as well. Unfortunately this deal means that Costas will no longer be on HBO doing Costas Now or Inside the NFL.
Word is that Costas will host a new one-hour program for the network called MLB Network Studio 42 with Bob Costas.
