Last night was the NCAA DI Lacrosse selection show.
There was some argument among Blue Devils fans that think their team is deserving of a number 1 seed after beating Virginia twice in conference play. Still, at the top will be a Virginia team who was dominant all season while battling a tough schedule. Virginia has an impressive five victories against at-large selections.
Johns Hopkins is making their incredible 38th straight trip to the NCAA tournament. Maryland has the second longest streak at 7.
The first and quarterfinal rounds will be televised on ESPNU while the semis and finals will make their way to real television on ESPN2 and ESPN respectively.
In a first round game of note; the Minutemen of the University of Massachusetts will make the trip this coming Saturday to take on Princeton at Class of 1952 Stadium in Princeton, NJ.

Lacrosse is a great sport… it needs more exposure… and more than just Johns Hopkins or Syracuse to win every year
